Felnex Trading Estate, Hackbridge London
With our knowledge of demolishing large scale industrial warehouse complexes such as this we were able to demolish each section in the appropriate order to ensure that the project was completed as quickly as possible. We always show a responsibility to the local communities for minimum disruption with all our projects and Hackbridge was no exception.
The buildings were constructed from a steel frame with metal clad sheeting and brickwork surround. A great deal of attention was given to the hazardous materials in the buildings and the ground underneath . The project was completed in time which allowed our client to proceed with the next stage of their development.
Gleep Nuclear Reactor
Gleep Nuclear Reactor
This special project involved using health physics monitors throughout in order to measure radiation levels and ensure that the structure was safe to demolish. Dust particles were soaked with water jets to keep emissions to a minimum. Air monitoring was a valuable tool in making sure we were safe to proceed in every step of the demolition process. Health and safety has always been a priority for us and this extraordinary contract was given the utmost care. It was completed in budget and on time.
Heathrow T3 Shelterspan

Heathrow T3 Shelterspan
Working air-side at Heathrow Airport presented some interesting challenges considering it is one of the busiest airports in the world. The surrounding area to the site consisted of live vehicle roadways and more prominently the live runways themselves. All materials on site had to be stored in containers or netted down before the end of each shift. This was to make sure nothing blew onto the runways potentially causing a hazard. Using our expertise in demolishing steel frame structures the project was completed ahead of schedule.
Myatt’s Fields Park Estate Brixton

Myatt’s Fields Park Estate Brixton
Myatt’s Field Park Estate was a 2 year project demolishing 328 units. The local community was our first priority when considering working times & dust emissions from the demolition work. Special attention was given when moving our plant on and off site.
The construction of the building was a concrete superstructure with brickwork surround. The roof design was of a timbre framework. Whilst dust cannot be avoided during the demolition process ,water suppression was used throughout & emissions were kept to a minimum. The contract was completed on time.

Philips Building Croydon
Philips Building Croydon
The Philips building situated in Croydon is a 15 storey reinforced concrete tower block. Our company did a thorough strip out of this building including all of the external windows & frame work. There was careful consideration of aspects such as wind resistance around the building, proximity to the roadways and the impact on the local community. We demonstrated to the client the importance of a smooth transference of materials away from the building in a safe working manner.
